Refund and Return policy

Snacora [operating as info@snacora.gmail.com] Provides the following terms for returns, refunds and cancellations:

Damaged /Defective products:

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or incorrect please info us wit in  5 days  of delivery.

Proof Required:

customers must provide clear photo or video of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product  including the product packaging and label. This help snacora verify the issue and ensure a fair resolution for the customer.

Refunds Process:

Once the return request is approved, snacora will initiate the refund  process. The refund will be processed after proper verification of the returned product. Customers will be notified once the refund has been  successfully completed.

Return pickup:

Once the return request is approved, Snacora will arrange a return pickup from the customer’s address. The product should be properly packed with the original packaging. If the  customer’s location is outside the serviceable area, the customer will need to ship the product back to Snacora at their own responsibility.

Refund timelines:
  • NetBanking/Credit Cards:  2-5 days.

  • Debit Card/UPI: Witin 24 hours.

Cancellations:

A refund will be  provided for cancelled  orders only if the orders have not been dispatched. Once  the order has been shipped, cancellation and refund requests  cannot be accepted. Customers are encouraged to cancel their orders at the earliest if required
